The Cuplock scaffolding system relies on firmly welded bottom cups to retain horizontal ledgers; incomplete weld fusion or irregular bead height prevents the top cup from locking down securely, compromising safety on construction sites. Built with a rigid IS 2062 fabricated bed, this machine features heavy-duty rotary chucks, a synchronized motorized spindle drive, and precision linear positioning stops at standard 500 mm pitch intervals. Dual or multi-torch MIG welding heads apply circular fillets with controlled 360-degree rotation and crater-fill overlap, delivering uniform weld penetration that easily exceeds BS 1139 and EN 74 structural requirements. Automated Arc Sequencing: Controller synchronizes gas pre-flow, high-frequency arc start, tube rotation, crater fill, and post-flow in a single push-button cycle. Heavy Welded Steel Frame: Submerged-arc welded box-section chassis normalized to relieve internal stresses and maintain spindle concentricity over long shifts.
