Yes. Creating an account and listing up to 5 lots is free. Free listings go live within 24 hours after our checks. Members get more listings, go live straight away and show their phone number to buyers.

Automatic checks run as soon as you submit: for example banned products, missing photos or quantity, and duplicate listings. If the checks pass, a free listing goes live within 24 hours and a member's listing goes live straight away. If something needs fixing, we tell you exactly what.

A free account can have 5 listings live at a time, with up to 3 photos each. Free listings stay live for 60 days and can be renewed in one click. Buyers contact free sellers through the enquiry form. Members get more listings and photos, go live straight away, and show their phone and WhatsApp to buyers.

New stock and surplus stock across the full B2B range: excess stock, overstock, dead stock, factory seconds, cancelled export orders and liquidation lots of industrial and consumer goods. Food and drink are accepted only as sealed, packaged stock with an FSSAI number, batch number and expiry date. Loose or fresh food, medicines, alcohol, tobacco, live plants and bullion are not accepted.

Yes, and we recommend it for large lots. Many sellers mark their listing as open for inspection. Ask the seller for recent photos or a sample first.

No. Buyers and sellers agree on the price and pay each other directly. Bikwao charges no commission on any deal.

A membership paid online by card, UPI or net banking starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. A bank transfer starts when our team confirms the payment. You get a GST invoice by email.

Your dashboard shows how many days are left. We also send reminder emails 30, 15, 7, 3 and 1 days before it ends, so you can renew in time. If it ends, extra listings are paused, not deleted, and come back when you renew.

Bikwao is an online B2B portal operated by Mantra Tech Fusion, so every invoice is issued by Mantra Tech Fusion (GSTIN 06BLSPS8961E1ZD, Haryana). If you enter your GSTIN, GST is charged by the state in your GSTIN: CGST 9% + SGST 9% in Haryana, IGST 18% elsewhere. Without a GSTIN, the state you choose is used.

Yes. Online sign-up and payment are set up for Indian businesses, so international buyers and sellers should email info.bikwao@gmail.com with their company name, country and what they want to buy or sell. Our team will set up the account and agree billing directly.

Our team has checked the business's GST, PAN or Udyam details. It does not guarantee the goods, so always check the stock before you pay.
