Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy defines the terms under which seller memberships, value-added services, and gateway charges across bikwao.com, property.bikwao.com, and vehicle.bikwao.com may be refunded, with central 18% GST invoicing and GST credit notes.

7.1 Seller Membership Plans & 7-Day Transparent Refund Formula

Every paid Seller Membership plan on Bikwao (Silver, Gold, Platinum, VIP Enterprise across Monthly, Annual, or Multi-Year tenures) includes an unconditional 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee calculated under a transparent, fair-use formula from the exact payment timestamp.

Official Transparent Refund Formula (Within 7-Day Window):

Refund Amount = Base Plan Price − Processing Fee − Pro-Rata Usage Charge

Pro-Rata Usage Charge = (Base Plan Price ÷ Total Plan Days) × Days Elapsed Since Purchase

Processing Fee = ₹500 flat OR 3% of Base Plan Price (whichever is greater)

* Note: Refund is strictly eligible within 7 calendar days (168 hours) from purchase date. After 7 days, memberships are non-refundable as commercial buyer leads and directory placements are fully deployed. The corresponding 18% GST reversal is issued via an official GST Credit Note.

Worked Transparent Example (Annual Plan Requested on Day 3):

Base Price (1 Year / 365 Days):₹10,000 (+ ₹1,800 GST = ₹11,800 paid) Processing Fee (max of ₹500 or 3%):₹500.00 (Flat ₹500 applied) Pro-Rata Usage (3 days / 365 days):(₹10,000 ÷ 365) × 3 = ₹82.19 Net Base Refund:₹10,000 − ₹500 − ₹82.19 = ₹9,417.81

Total Credited to Bank Account: ₹9,417.81 + ₹1,695.21 (18% GST reversal) = ₹11,113.02 with an instant GST Credit Note generated for your tax records.

Fair-Use Eligibility Criteria:

  • Refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days (168 hours) from successful payment.
  • Seller has contacted fewer than 15 buyer inquiries under the upgraded tier.
  • No active commercial contracts or closed transactions initiated via premium verified RFQ features.

7.2 Product & Item Transactions Between Users

Because the sale of goods on Bikwao is a commercial B2B transaction conducted directly between independent buyers and sellers:

Direct Resolution Mandatory

Refunds, replacements, returns, transport transit damages, defect claims, and disputes relating to the item itself (material grade, GSM, condition, authenticity, delivery delays) must, in the first instance, be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller as per whatever commercial return/refund terms they mutually agreed in their purchase order or proforma invoice at the time of sale. Mantra Tech Fusion is not a party to the underlying sale and holds no custody of physical stock.

7.3 When a Bikwao Platform Refund Applies

A direct refund from Mantra Tech Fusion applies under the following verified circumstances:

1. 7-Day GuaranteeSelf-serve 7-day guarantee request submitted from seller membership dashboard. 2. Duplicate DebitA verified technical malfunction or duplicate debit during payment gateway checkout (100% full refund with 0% deduction). 3. Service Non-DeliveryA paid service was not activated due to an unrecoverable platform outage or system fault.

7.4 Refund Timeline & Claim Process

Eligible refund claims can be submitted self-serve directly from your Seller Dashboard > Membership section, or by emailing info.bikwao@gmail.com with your Payment Reference / Invoice Number.

Unified Sitewide Settlement Timeline
  • Initiation: Initiated within 24 hours of request submission and verification.
  • Bank Credit: Credited to source bank/card/UPI within 5–7 business days as per standard banking settlement cycles.
  • GST Credit Note: An official 18% GST Credit Note is automatically generated and downloadable from your dashboard.

7.5 Subdomain Services: Property & Vehicle Listing Fees & Tokens

For specialized vertical services operated under the Bikwao name, all subscriptions and transactions on property.bikwao.com and vehicle.bikwao.com are centrally billed under Mantra Tech Fusion (bikwao.com) with computer-generated 18% GST tax invoices, and corresponding GST credit notes issued on all eligible reversals:

  • Property Listing Fees (property.bikwao.com): Real estate and commercial property listing plans cover active visibility and lead exposure. Once a property listing is approved and goes live on the platform, the listing slot fee is non-refundable. If a listing is rejected prior to publication and the user chooses not to resubmit, a full refund of the plan fee (minus applicable banking gateway processing charges) is initiated within 24 hours.
  • Vehicle Inspection & Booking Tokens (vehicle.bikwao.com): Fees for third-party vehicle physical inspections are non-refundable once an inspector has been dispatched to the vehicle location. Any platform-facilitated booking tokens or vehicle priority holds are subject to the cancellation window stated at checkout; if cancelled before verification is completed, refunds are processed back to the original source method within 5–7 business days under standard settlement rules.
