The Power Operated Hydraulic Press by National Cutting Tools is an industrial H-frame press designed for heavy assembly, shaft straightening, bearing pressing, bushing installation, and structural metal forming operations. Hand-operated shop presses lack the steady pressing speed and tonnage required for industrial fabrication; our motorized hydraulic press delivers consistent, regulated pressing force through an electric motor-driven hydraulic power pack. Constructed from heavy IS 2062 structural steel plates normalized to eliminate welding stresses, the H-frame structure features an adjustable work bed supported on high-tensile steel pins. The heavy double-acting hydraulic cylinder delivers smooth, controlled pressing force up to rated capacity (30 to 200 tons), controlled via an intuitive manual spool valve or electric push-button pendant. Calibrated Pressure Gauge & Relief Valve: Analog pressure gauge reads in metric tons and bar; adjustable relief valve prevents over-tonnage. V-Blocks & Flat Pressing Plates: Includes precision V-blocks for shaft straightening and heavy ground pressure plates for flat pressing.
