The Pipe End Facing Machine by National Cutting Tools is an industrial machine tool engineered for rapid squaring, end-facing, and inside/outside deburring of steel pipes and tubes. When pipes are cut using bandsaws or shearing blades, cut ends frequently exhibit burrs, slight out-of-squareness, or ragged edges that compromise subsequent automated welding or threading operations; this dedicated facing machine creates true 90-degree square ends with clean chamfers. Equipped with a high-torque electric motor, an all-geared spindle, and a multi-tool cutter head carrying indexable carbide inserts, the machine faces the pipe end while simultaneously applying internal and external deburring chamfers in a single forward pass. Heavy self-centering pneumatic or hydraulic clamps lock the pipe rigid, guaranteeing true perpendicularity to the pipe centerline across diameters from 1/2" up to 6" nominal bore.
