Utilizing advanced IGBT inverter technology or heavy copper-wound transformer rectifiers, the machine delivers 350A, 500A, or 600A output at 60% to 100% duty cycle. The heavy-duty four-roll wire feeder delivers smooth, non-slip wire feed for 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.6 mm solid and flux-cored welding wires, ensuring deep weld penetration, minimal post-weld cleanup, and high X-ray quality structural joints.
