The CNC Round Pipe Hydraulic Punching Machine by National Cutting Tools is an advanced automated punching system designed for high-speed, burr-free punching of holes, slots, and perforations in round, square, and rectangular steel tubes. In scaffolding manufacturing, greenhouse framing, and tent structure fabrication, drilling hundreds of holes on conventional drill presses is slow, inaccurate, and generates sharp metal burrs inside the tube; hydraulic punching creates clean, dimple-free holes in milliseconds. Featuring a heavy-duty hydraulic punching cylinder and a high-precision dual-axis CNC system (servo linear carriage feed and servo tube rotation), the machine positions the tube at programmed lengths and rotational angles before punching. Internal mandrel dies support the tube wall from the inside, eliminating tube collapse and delivering perfectly concentric holes along pipe lengths up to 6 meters. Key Features Dual-Axis CNC Servo Indexing: Servo linear feed and servo rotational chuck position pipe with ±0.1 mm linear and ±0.1° angular accuracy. Internal Mandrel Die Support: Expanding internal mandrel prevents tube wall deformation, ensuring completely dimple-free pierced holes. High-Speed Hydraulic Punching: Hydraulic ram punches through double-wall steel tube in under 0.5 seconds per hole. Intuitive Touchscreen CNC Control: Color touchscreen interface allows operators to enter hole pitch, hole count, and rotation angles directly. Automatic Scrap Ejection: Metal slugs are ejected through the hollow die assembly without accumulating inside the tube bore. Multi-Tube Handling: Tooling available for round pipe (48.3 mm, 60.3 mm) as well as square and rectangular hollow sections.
