The Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine by National Cutting Tools is an automated machine engineered to process coiled steel wire rod into straight, burr-free cut lengths with high dimensional accuracy. Coiled wire retains severe curvature from spooling; this machine straightens the wire across all radial planes through high-speed rotary dies and shears it cleanly at programmed lengths for construction, mesh, and hardware manufacturing. Constructed on a heavy vibration-damping cast iron bed, the machine incorporates a high-speed rotary spinner barrel, dual-pair hardened pinch feed rollers, and a synchronized high-speed cutter. The spinner rotates at high RPM while the wire passes through adjustable cast iron or carbide straightening blocks, eliminating coil curvature and delivering straight rods with minimal surface marking at output speeds up to 40 to 60 meters per minute.
