Built for rugged site and fabrication yard conditions, this machine features a powerful electric drive, a self-centering heavy rebar vise, and an adjustable tangential chaser head. It cuts standard metric threads on rebar diameters from 16 mm to 40 mm in mild steel, Fe 500, Fe 550, and Fe 600 grades within 30 to 40 seconds per bar end, delivering threads that thread smoothly into factory rebar couplers without binding.
