The Fully Automatic Pipe Threading Machine is an automated production workstation engineered for hands-off external pipe threading in high-volume manufacturing environments. In pipe fabrication factories and fire sprinkler line prefabrication plants, operator handling accounts for over 60% of total cycle time; this automated machine incorporates pneumatic or hydraulic pipe clamping, powered carriage advance, synchronized threading, automatic die tripping, and fast carriage return in a single push-button cycle. Constructed on a heavy-duty box-way bed, the machine accommodates pipe diameters from 1/2" up to 2.1/2" (15 mm to 65 mm nominal bore). An industrial PLC controller coordinates spindle speed, feed rate, and coolant flow, completing standard tapered BSPT or NPT threads in 18 to 25 seconds per pipe end with micron-level repeatability and zero operator fatigue.
